Training Course Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern registration and participation in training courses provided by GuideIT Corp. (the Training Provider).

By registering for a course, participants agree to the terms set out below.

1. Registration and Payment

Registration for a course is confirmed once payment has been received or acceptable billing arrangements have been established.

Payment may be made by credit card at the time of registration.

Organizations registering participants on behalf of employees may request payment by invoice in accordance with the Invoice Payment Terms below.

The Training Provider reserves the right to deny participation if payment or acceptable payment arrangements have not been confirmed prior to the course start date.

2. Invoice Payment Terms

Organizations may request payment by invoice by providing a valid purchase order or billing authorization at the time of registration.

Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Training Provider reserves the right to require payment prior to the course start date if a purchase order has not been provided or if payment arrangements are unclear.

Participants may be denied access to the course if payment arrangements have not been confirmed.

The individual or organization completing the registration remains responsible for payment of all course fees.

3. Substitution of Participants

If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant from the same organization may attend in their place at no additional charge.

Notification of substitution should be provided prior to the course start date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • 7–13 days before course start date: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before course start date: No refund

5. Failure to Attend (No-Show)

Participants who do not attend a scheduled course and who have not provided prior notice of cancellation or transfer will be considered a no-show.

No refunds or transfers will be issued for no-shows.

6. Course Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to a future offering of the same course within twelve (12) months of the original course date, subject to availability and reasonable notice.

7. Course Changes or Cancellation

The Training Provider reserves the right to:

  • cancel or reschedule a course

  • substitute instructors where necessary

  • modify course content where appropriate

If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by the Training Provider, participants will be offered either:

The Training Provider is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of course cancellation or rescheduling.

8. Minimum Enrollment

Courses require a minimum number of participants to run.

If minimum enrollment is not reached, the Training Provider may reschedule or cancel the course. Registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and will be offered either a transfer to a future session or a full refund.

9. Course Access and Attendance

Each course registration permits attendance by one participant only.

Login credentials, access links, or course materials may not be shared with other individuals.

The Training Provider reserves the right to remove participants or deny access if unauthorized sharing of access credentials or participation by unregistered individuals is detected.

10. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, exercises, frameworks, and related content are the intellectual property of the Training Provider.

Materials are provided solely for the personal professional development of the registered participant.

Course materials may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly shared, or used to deliver training or create competing educational offerings without prior written permission.

11. Recording and Redistribution

The Training Provider may record course sessions for purposes including quality assurance, training improvement, or providing temporary access to recordings for registered participants.

Participants will be notified if a session is being recorded.

Participants may not record course sessions, including video, audio, screen capture, or chat transcripts, without prior written permission from the Training Provider.

Unauthorized recording or redistribution of course content is prohibited and may result in removal from the course without refund.

12. Confidentiality of Discussions

Participants may discuss real organizational situations during training sessions. Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions and not disclose confidential information shared by other participants.

13. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet connectivity, audio capability, and access to any required software necessary to participate in online training sessions.

The Training Provider is not responsible for technical issues arising from participant equipment or connectivity.

14. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment.
